On behalf of the organizing committee, we are delighted to invite you to join the 1st International conference on Applied Physics and Engineering 2021 (ICAPE-2021) which aims to promote scientific research in Physics and its practical application to the solve the real-world problems.
The conference aspires to provide a premier forum for academicians, researchers, engineers and from all over the world to mutually showcase unprecedented and interdisciplinary research findings on theoretical as well as practical advancements. The conference targets six main areas i.e., Simulation & Modelling, Electronics, Materials Sciences, Medical Physics, Space Science and Women in Physical Science.
Concerning the on-going Covid-19 pandemic, conference will be held in a hybrid format.

Submission Guidelines
Abstract submission guidelines:Abstracts are to be sent online through submission link
The acceptable submission file name should be as lastname_firstname_abstract.doc. (example: Hubble_Edwin_abstract.doc.)
The submitted abstract must follow ICAPE-Abstract template which could be downloaded from https://icape2021.neduet.edu.pk/
Any abstract not observing the defined structure guidelines shall not be accepted.
The presenting author must be listed as the first author.
All abstracts accepted for presentation will be published on the conference website prior to the Conference.

The Committee will review all submitted abstracts. Notification regarding abstract acceptance will be sent to the submitting author on provided date.
Acceptance of abstract is not mean that the paper will also be accepted.
Paper submission guidelines:Papers are to be sent online through submission link
The acceptable submission file name should be as lastname_firstname_paper.doc. (example: Hubble_Edwin_paper.doc.)
Paper must be prepared using the ICAPE-Paper template available on conference website.
The Committee will review all submitted papers. Notification regarding paper presentation acceptance be sent to the submitting author.
Any paper not observing the defined structure guidelines shall not be accepted.
Paper will not be accepted without registration.
After acceptance notification author have to provide the camera-ready paper within the given date.
Oral presentation guidelines:Oral presentation notification will be provided to the author through e-mail and also displayed on the conference website.
Participant must submit the pre-recorded video presentation within given time period after being notified.
15 min will be allotted per presentation.
Video must be in MP4 format with good sound quality.
The pre-recorded video will be played in the conference at the given slot.
Presenting author must be present and well prepared in allotted slot (provided through e-mail) for Q/A session.
Poster presentation guidelines:Poster presentation notification will be provided to the author through e-mail and also displayed on the conference website.
Participant must submit the poster till assigned date.
The acceptable submission file name should be as lastname_firstname_poster.doc. (example: Hubble_Edwin_poster.doc.)
Posters must be prepared using the ICAPE-Poster template available on conference website.
Posters will not be considered if do not comply with conference template.
Posters should be one page PDF or Image.
Presenting author must be present and well prepared in allotted slot (provided through e-mail) for Q/A session.
