Submissions:
To submit your abstract, go to the EasyChair conference management tool (https://easychair.org/cfp/PREVAIL2021), create an account in EasyChair and follow the instructions for submitting your abstract. Please ensure the abstract accurately describes the content of your submission, as the abstract is what will be used to select the papers to be presented at the conference.
Your submission should include:
A descriptive abstract (100 words min.; 300 words max.) containing:Learning objectives, explaining what you will teach
Expected outcomes (what will the student be enabled to do?)

Desired amount of time for each presentation is 45 minutes followed by 15 minutes of Q&A.

Selection process:
The conference committee will select the sessions that best fit the overall needs of the program. Each submitter will be contacted by the appropriate track leader to obtain more details for each submission, if necessary. You’ll be notified if your contribution has been selected by middle of September.
COVID-19 update
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the PREVAIL 2021 conference’s format will be run as a Virtual Conference. The conference format will be the same as was done in 2020, with parallel tracks over 3 days intermixing keynote talks with user presentations spread across all of the time zones. The agenda will be posted a week before the conference so that you will be able to schedule your time appropriately.
