We are pleased to announce that 2019 2nd International Conference on Healthcare Service Management (ICHSM 2019) will be held in Xiamen, China during May 17-19, 2019. It aims to bring together outstanding scholars, researchers, and students to exchange and share their experiences and research results about all aspects of Health Management . We also provides the keynote address and several plenary invited speeches for discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns, practical challenges encountered and the various solutions in the fields of Health Management . We cordially welcome all experts of industry, academia and government from all over the world to contribute to and help shape this conference through submissions of their research abstracts, papers and posters.

Health Management or Healthcare Management is related to leadership, management and administration of health care systems, public health systems, hospitals, and hospital networks. Generally management of a single institution is also referred to as Health service management. There are different associations related to health systems management that can be categorized as institutional or personal membership groups. Personal membership groups are joined by individuals typically focused on their individual skills & career development. Bigger personal membership groups include the College of Healthcare Executives, the Healthcare Management Associations, and the Healthcare Information Technology and Management Systems Society.

Health Services include all services dealing with the diagnosis and treatment of disease, or the promotion, maintenance and restoration of health. They include personal and non-personal health services. Health services are the most visible functions of any health system, both to users and the general public. Service provision refers to the way inputs such as money, staff, equipment and drugs are combined to allow the delivery of health interventions. Improving access, coverage and quality of services depends on these key resources being available; on the ways services are organized and managed, and on incentives influencing providers and users

The ICHSM 2019 solicits contributions of abstracts, full papers and posters that address themes and topics of the conference. The topics of interest include, but not limited to the following:

Healthcare system
Healthcare management
Healthcare professionals
Healthcare research
Health information technology
Healthcare financing

Publication: ICHSM 2019 will be published in International Conference Proceedings, which will be indexed by Ei Compendex and submitted to be reviewed by Scopus and Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).
