The International Conference on Emerging Computation Intelligence (ICECI 2023) will be held at Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India, organized by the Department of Computer Science, on February 11-12, 2023. This conference is intended for researchers around the globe interested in the areas(not limited to) of Optimization, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning, Evolutionary Computation, Cyber Security, Fuzzy Logic, Signal Processing Theory and its methods, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, Fog Computing, the Internet of Things, Wireless Sensor Networks, various disorders, and diseases, etc. The applications of Machine Learning and Computational Intelligence techniques in other domains are also welcome.

Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
All papers will be reviewed by at least three experts using a double-blind review process.
All accepted papers must be presented by one of the authors.
The selected and presented papers will be published in the Scopus Indexed proceedings or journals.
The extended version of selected papers will be invited to submit and be considered for SCIE-indexed journals.
